Business Ethics and Evolution of AI Focus of Panel Discussion April 3

MELBOURNE, FLA. — A panel of distinguished experts from academia and industry will discuss business ethics and the evolution of artificial intelligence at a public event Thursday, April 3, at Gleason Performing Arts Center on the Florida Tech campus.

Presented by Florida Tech’s Center for Ethics and Leadership at the Bisk College of Business, the event runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the panel discussion starting at 11:30 a.m.

Attendance is free but please register.

The panel will feature:

  • Ted Richardson, Ph.D., dean, Bisk College of Business and director, Center for Ethics and Leadership
  • Abram Walton, Ph.D., executive director, Center for Innovation Management and Business Analytics at Bisk College of Business and professor of management
  • Brandon May, Ph.D., assistant professor, College of Psychology
  • Keith Nugent, founder and strategist, Camberlion.
  • Letwan Sutton ’20 A.A., ’20, ’21 MBA, aviation tax manager, MySky
  • Mike Marks, co-founder and managing partner, Indian River Consulting Group

The discussion will be moderated by Wes Sumner, DBA, Florida Tech’s vice president for external affairs. It is expected to touch on areas including transparency, accountability and responsibility, workforce impact, and ethical development and deployment.
