Psychology Researcher Seeks Survey Respondents Who Are Female Military Veterans

MELBOURNE, FLA. — Florida Tech clinical psychology graduate student Lacy Allen, M.S., is conducting research on female combat veterans through an online
survey. The survey may be completed by females on active duty or inactive and takes about 30 to 35 minutes.

“The primary purpose of my study is to examine the effects combat trauma and military sexual trauma have on female veterans. The overall goal is raising
awareness about PTSD and trauma-related stress reactions, and implementing better health care services for women,” said Allen.
