Forbes Names Florida Tech among America’s Best Colleges

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Forbes lists Florida Institute of Technology among America’s Best Colleges in its recently published 2010 Special Report.

In this fall college rankings season, the news comes on the heels of other significant rankings for the university from U.S. News & World Report and Parade Magazine.

Forbes also recognized Florida Tech in 2009 in a report conducted in collaboration with the Center for College Affordability and Productivity. Last year’s report placed Florida Tech among the top 15 percent of America’s colleges.

“We are proud and pleased to add this distinguished accolade to the many significant rankings we are earning this fall,” said Florida Tech President Anthony J. Catanese.
