Best-Selling Author to Lecture for Womens History Month on March 14

MELBOURNE, FLA. — To celebrate National Women’s History Month, best selling author and history lecturer Ray Osborne will give a free multimedia presentation
at Florida Institute of Technology titled “Women of Local History.” The talk will be on March 14 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Osborne, author of Images in America: Cape Canaveral, will discuss pioneering women in the Brevard County area including Liz Bain, Brigadier General Susan
Helms, Eunice Allen, Elizabeth Eberwein, Bernice Chandler and the “First Lady of Journalism,” Marie Ringo Holderman. He will offer a book signing after the
