There are more female business owners and corporate executives today than ever, yet there remains a disparity between men and women “at the top.” Why is that? Internal strength, dedication and confidence are critical – as well as all of us serving as a strong support group for each other’s success.

One of our responsibilities as today’s female leaders is to set a shining example for the next generation of young ladies who are looking to us to figure out how to more quickly move up the corporate ladder, or become solid business owners.
