Building Your Own Power Team

When you’re starting a small business, there are many decisions to be made and developing a network of trusted professionals you can engage with regularly can truly help. Learning from others entrepreneurial journeys can assist you in making better decisions, and creating a solid referral network can enrich your own business development pipeline.

You must be cautious however, when forming a new network of business professionals. There are occasionally others that don’t have your best interest at heart. This week, one of our IGNITE graduates – Tracy Stroderd – talks about such an experience she encountered when forming her own network of peers. Her experience doesn’t mean you should be afraid to network and form professional alliances – just always be sure to proceed with care.
