MELBOURNE, FLA. — The Catholic Campus Ministry of Florida Institute of Technology offers the one-day healing workshop, “Healing Your Family Tree.” The
workshop, open to the public, takes place Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the All Faiths Chapel on the Florida Tech Campus off Babcock St. The
cost of $35 a person includes lunch.
The workshop and Eucharistic celebration will be presented by Fr. Michael Barry, a member of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Religious Order of
brothers and sisters. The day concludes with a healing Mass at 3:30 p.m., followed by a healing service.
Fr. Barry is currently the provincial of his order in the western United States. He is former director of the San Bernardino Diocese Charismatic Renewal
Center and the Evangelization Ministries. His ministries are healing and charismatic spirituality. He is the founder of Mary’s Table, a place where the
poor and homeless go for meals. Fr. Barry also opened Veronica’s Home, a home for single, unwed mothers.
