Cook it by the Book with Florida Tech Recipes

– Florida Tech’s Evans Library presents another popular cookbook filled with recipes provided by every member of the library staff. Cook It By The Book II
is available now and includes dozens of recipes spotlighting the cultural diversity of staff members. Get ready to make Droatian apple strudel, classic
gulyas leves (goulash soup), a cookie called “Irish potatoes” and pasta puttanesca.

Dedicated to Florida Tech’s four presidents, Cook It By The Book II also contains recipes from the president’s wives. Look for asparagus salad with roasted
peppers and goat cheese from Anita Weaver, wife of President Emeritus Lynn Edward Weaver, and artichoke casserole by Sara Catanese, wife of current
President Anthony James Catanese.

Profits from cookbook sales will support an Evans Library student scholarship award.

The book, just $10, may be ordered by sending E-mail to: Natalie Madden at nmadden@fit.edu, or by coming by the Evans Library service desk or the campus
