Dealing with Workplace Conflict

In every office there is the occasional case of misconduct. This is a hard subject to broach because no one wants to be the office “tattle-tale,” but in some instances it is absolutely necessary to report certain infractions. The most important thing to know when reporting an issue is who to report it to and how to report it.

With that being said, most companies have processes on how to report misconduct in an employee handbook or new hire packet. If you follow the process, which usually doesn’t reveal the name of the employee reporting the wrongdoing, it should not affect you negatively in any way.
