Womens Business Center to Offer “Performance Feedback that Works”! Sept. 28

MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Florida Institute of Technology Women’s Business Center (WBC) will offer a course on “Performance Feedback that Works! The Keys to Feedback and Effective Performance Management”. The course will be held on campus in the Evans Library multimedia room on Wednesday, Sept. 28, from 6 – 8 p.m.

Join Dr. Marsha Valutis as she takes us through the important steps and ingredients of performance management and delivering feedback that people will not only accept, but appreciate. Learn how to release the baggage and get to the heart of the matter, with clarity, respect and integrity.

Dr. Marsha Valutis is an applied, industrial organizational psychologist,teacher, writer and consultant. Her mission is to help individuals, teams and business organizations become healthier and happier by providing expert counsel and delivering highly effectivetools and facilitation. Marsha has taught at many universities and for the MBA programs at Boston University and SUNY – Buffalo, and co-owned and operated a highly successful consulting practice for many years. She has overcome nearly insurmountable challenges in many areas of life using a variety oftools andpractical techniques. With her background, experience and ever expanding tool box, Marsha is uniquely qualified to help bring the ready organization, group or individual to new levels of health and well being.
