Florida Tech Names New Vice President for Financial Affairs

– Jack Armul, CPA, has been selected Florida Tech vice president for Financial Affairs. He will officially join the university at the start of the spring
semester on Jan. 7, 2004.

Most recently, Armul was associate vice president for finance at the University of Toledo in Ohio. While there he issued comprehensive annual financial
reports that received the Association of School Business Officials’ Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting and the Government Finance Officers
Association’s Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.

Prior to his work at University of Toledo, Armul was director of financial affairs and comptroller at Kent State University, also in Ohio.

Armul earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland and a master of Public Administration Degree from
Kent State University.
