Dr. Robert Taylor to Speak on Integration History at Florida Tech

– As part of its Humanities Lecture Series, Florida Tech presents “Brown vs. the Board of Education at 50: A Look Back” on Thursday, September 30 at 7 p.m.
in the university’s F.W. Olin Life Science Building Auditorium, Room 130LS.

The presenter is Dr. Robert Taylor, Florida Tech associate professor of history. There is no charge for this lecture.

Taylor’s research interests include 19th and 20th century America, the American South, Florida history, U.S. military history and 20th century Europe. He
earned the 2002 Charlton Tebeau Award for Best Book on Florida History for his book, Florida in the Civil War.
