Helping Small Businesses Go Green: Florida Tech Free Short Course

MELBOURNE, FLA. — Florida Tech’s National Center for Small Business and the Women’s Business Center (WBC) will present “Going Green: An Introduction to Green
Options for Small Businesses” on Dec. 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. The class is free.

This will introduce the small business owner to environmentally friendly and sustainable business practices that can reduce operating costs and increase
efficiency. Participants will learn “green” terminology and resources, see case studies from around the state and country, and experience small group
brainstorming and networking activities.

Gayle Hoffman, an environmental consultant, will facilitate the class. Space is limited. Register early at:
