Florida Tech and the Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis Offer Basic Hypnosis Workshop April 5-7

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology’s Continuing Education department and the Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis announce a Basic Hypnosis Workshop in Tampa, Fla., April 5-7, for graduate students and licensed clinicians. The course will define hypnosis, its major theories and describe how to present it to a client. Following the workshop, students should be able to demonstrate the ability to make at least four basic hypnotic inductions and four deepening methods.

The workshop is eligible for 20 Florida CEUs for licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists. The workshop, which will take place at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, costs $410 for FSCH non-members; less for members and graduate students. Pre-registration is encouraged and registration includes a light dinner and lunch.
