Florida Tech at Fort Lee to Hold Commencement July 29
MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology at Fort Lee will hold a summer commencement ceremony on July 29 at 11 a.m. in the Dickerson Auditorium, Building 12500, at Fort Lee. The commencement speaker will be Ted Richardson, Ed.D., senior associate dean, Nathan M. Bisk College of Business Administration, Florida Tech.
Twenty master’s of science degrees in logistics, management and acquisition, and contract management will be awarded.
Several of these graduates are participants in the Theater Logistics Studies program, a cooperative studies program combining courses at the U.S. Army Logistics University and graduate courses at Florida Institute of Technology.
Also, graduate Major Hung T. Ly will be awarded the Major Mathew Earl Schram Endowed Fellowship in honor of Mathew Earl Schram, a Florida Tech graduate who was killed in Iraq when his convoy came under attack. The fellowship provides recognition and support to distinguished U.S. military officers enrolled in the Florida Tech/Theater Logistics Studies Program.
