Florida Tech Continues Focus on Tort Reform
– Florida Tech’s School of Management will present a Faculty/Industry Forum on March 27, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The topic will be “Tort Reform: Pro and Con,
Continued.” A very critical and timely subject considering the ongoing issues regarding medical malpractice insurance, the topic first was addressed in an
October, 2002 forum.
Free and open to the public, the forum includes a question and answer session and will be held in the Denius Student Center All Purpose Room, on Country
Club Rd.
The moderator will be Dr. Jeff Godwin, Melbourne veterinarian. Panelists will be attorneys Christopher Prestera and Robert Telfer.
