Florida Tech to Offer Masters in Education in Huntsville, Ala., and Main Campus
Florida Institute of Technology now offers a Master of Education degree at its Huntsville, Ala., extended studies site and on the Melbourne, Fla., main campus. The program is designed for working professionals at any grade level, teaching any subject matter area, who seek to further their education and enhance their teaching. The program is designed to help teachers expand their knowledge of educational theory and research and to enhance their teaching.
The program is primarily for those who already hold a bachelor’s degree or better from an accredited college or university. Applicants should submit a resume, statement of objectives and three letters of recommendation.
The degree requires 30 credit hours as specified in an approved program plan, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and a passing grade on the final comprehensive examination taken during the last semester.
