Florida Tech’s Lean Six Sigma Course Comes to Orlando Nov. 5-8

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology is pushing its boundaries, launching its Lean Six Sigma course at Florida Tech’s Orlando location for the first time. This course will provide students with the knowledge necessary to utilize the research-proven tools for implementing the DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) methodology for a project, to understand data analysis and effectively lead a team through an improvement project.

Those interested in Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma are invited to register. Also, professionals interested in Six Sigma methodology or businesses interested in starting their own Six Sigma organization will find this course of value. The topics discussed will include root cause analysis, statistical process control, process and data analysis, and a full overview of Six Sigma and Lean. By the end of the course, participants will successfully acquire their Six Sigma Green Belt.
