X-Culture: Would Do It All Over Again

After this whole process has ended, I think it was great. There were a few bumps along the road but I believe that is to be expected in a project such as X-Culture. In the very beginning I was nervous about the scale of the report and worrying that my teammates wouldn’t do their part. I imagined one other person and I having to do the whole thing. But in my experience, everyone did their part to the best of their ability and it didn’t turn out to be that much work. I was stuck putting everything together because my native language is English which was fine except for the fact that almost everyone turned in their parts late which made me rush to put the project together at the last minute and check the grammar etc. One of my teammates struggled with English in his section but that is to be expected. I imagine myself trying to do a report in another language and I can promise that it would be a lot worse. We also had a bit of trouble with the initial rough draft submission. I had the wrong class code for turnitin.com so it showed to my teammates that I never turned it in and then they tried to fix it. So that was a fiasco that we resolved. But the final draft turned out nicely with only 16% plagiarism which isn’t bad. I would do this project again it was neat to work with people from different cultures I really enjoyed it. Great project.
