Alejandra Dominguez Complete Seat Engineer Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Mechanical Engineering ’15 After winning the “Northrop Grumman Award” for her student design project, Alejandra secured a job with automotive giant Fiat Chrysler. Her job responsibilities include comfort, trim and structure integration for the front and rear seats in the company’s very first global launch. Pan Luo Show Coordinator Universal Creative M.S., Global Strategic Communication ’15 After graduation, Pan landed a job at the theme park powerhouse. Universal operators are planning to open a $3.3 billion park in Beijing in 2020, and Pan is a member of the team that will bring the new space to life. Brendan Boehr Behavior Analyst Positive Behavior Supports Corporation M.S., Applied Behavior Analysis & Organizational Behavior Management ’14 Soon after receiving his master’s degree, Brendan began his career as a behavior scientist. Behavioral assessment, program development, staff and caregiver training and outcome analysis are just a few services he provides on the job every day. Tabitha Beavers CEO Project Based Learning Electrical Engineering ’15 After winning “Best of Show” at last year’s student design showcase, 22-year-old Tabitha became the CEO of Project Based Learning, a Florida nonprofit that owns and operates the Space Coast FabLab, a complete prototyping facility. When she’s not running her company, Tabitha works full-time at Northrop Grumman as part of its innovation team. Here are highlights of Florida Tech young alumni making their mark on the world. Hector Severeyn Sports News Anchor Telemundo M.S., Global Strategic Communication ’13 An avid enthusiast of sports journalism, Hector’s bilingual skills and graduate degree helped him land a weekday sports anchor position for Telemundo Atlanta. On the network, Hector uses his communication savvy to cover everything from local teams to international sports. Here are highlights of Florida Tech young alumni making their mark on the world. Amy Fenwick Reaume Conservation Coordinator Brevard Zoo Biological Sciences – Aquaculture ‘08 Amy started working at the nationally recognized Brevard Zoo in January 2009, one month after graduating, as lead aquarist for the Indian River Lagoon exhibit. Today, she serves as the zoo’s conservation coordinator. “I am so happy that fate brought me to Brevard Zoo because I truly feel like I have found my niche sharing a passion for wildlife conservation with our guests and the community.” Here are highlights of Florida Tech young alumni making their mark on the world. Shane Winnings Aviation Management ’12 1st Lieutenant, U.S. Army After reporting to the U.S. Army full time after graduation, Shane quickly earned a promotion from second to first lieutenant. His anything-but-everyday job duties include conducting static line jumps—sending his soldiers out of an aircraft thousands of feet above the ground and confirming their landing in a designated drop zone.
