prestigious honors, elevation to Fellow status. Currently on the Florida Tech faculty, the only other IEEE Fellow is Dr. Robert Sullivan, vice provost for
Chen, the university’s Allen S. Henry Distinguished Professor and director of its Wireless Center of Excellence, leads the center in participating in
Brevard County’s high-tech industry. He is responsible for the center’s research and educational endeavors. Chen also teaches graduate and undergraduate
courses in wireless technology.
