Florida Tech’s Computer Science and IT Master’s Program Ranked #39 as a Best Buy Online Degree

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology’s online computer science and information technology (IT) master’s program has been independently reviewed and ranked by GetEducated.com as a “Best Buy” for students seeking a high quality, low-cost online degree. Of the 45 regionally accredited graduate schools in the United States that made the list, Florida Tech ranked #39.

Seventy-seven graduate schools nationwide that offer 115 different online and master’s degrees in computer science and IT were eligible for ranking. These graduate programs include database mining, information systems, information security, computer forensics and web design. The affordability of online degrees was calculated by looking at each university’s tuition and distance learning fees.

To appear on a Get Educated Best Buy ranking, the online degree profiled must objectively cost less than the average of all the online degrees reviewed in the comprehensive national data set.
