Frankie Brown Paces Panthers in SSC Volleyball Loss to #8 Florida Southern

LAKELAND, Fla. — Florida Tech (2-28, 0-14) fell in three straight sets to the #8th ranked Florida Southern (28-3, 13-0) at the Jenkins Field House. The game
scores were 30-6, 30-21, 30-18 for the night.

Freshman right hitter Frankie Brown (Panama City, Fla.) paced the Panthers with 10 kills hitting .276 for the match. Senior outside hitter Megan Konopnicki
(Plano, Tex.) added six kills and eight digs.

Tech was led by freshman libero Melissa Reinders (Orlando, Fla.) in digs with nine for the evening. Junior setter Amanda Boyce (Madison, Wis.) finished
with 18 sets.

The Panthers will be back in action on Thursday, November 2nd at 7:00 p.m. where they host Saint Leo in one of their final two matches of the season.
