Free Autism-Related Workshops Scheduled Monthly; Parent Training is May Topic

MELBOURNE, FLA. – Florida Institute of Technology’s School of Psychology offers free monthly workshops of particular interest to parents, educators and professionals who deal with the issues of autism. They are scheduled from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Scott Center for Autism Treatment
Seminar Room.

The May 19 workshop is “Parent Training as Part of an Early Intensive Behavior Intervention Program: Teaching Verbal Behavior.” The presenter is Celeste Harvey, Ph.D., BCBA-D.

The next workshop will be June 23.
