WFIT Sonic Waves Music Fest Saturday at Intracoastal Brewing Co. in Melbourne
Bands, Beer and Bites at 2nd Annual Event
MELBOURNE, FLA. — Enjoy live music, fresh food and cold beer as Florida Institute of Technology’s WFIT 89.5 FM hosts its 2nd annual Sonic Waves Music Festival at Intracoastal Brewing Company in the Eau Gallie Arts District of Melbourne.
No tickets are required to attend the festival, which runs from 3-8 p.m. Saturday, April 14 at the brewery, 652 W. Eau Gallie Blvd.
I.H.B. Funk Band, The Sky Club, The Spring (which won WFIT’s Garage Band Contest this year) and The Lights Out Project are scheduled to perform.
Food trucks on-site will include FM Pizza, Coastal Kitchen and In Truck Coastal Bites. In honor of the festival, Intracoastal Brewing has crafted a new IPA called “Sonic Session.”
Surfrider Foundation, Florida Surf Museum, Save Green Gables, Sea Turtle Preservation Society, Space Coast Progressive Alliance and Voter Registration Committee will have information booths.
WFIT Sonic Waves Music Festival is sponsored by the Florida Tech Alumni Association and Intracoastal Brewing Company.
