Northrop Grumman Executive Is New Trustee

– Scott J. Seymour J.D. was named a member of the Florida Tech Board of Trustees in April. He was welcomed to the board at the spring trustees meeting on
campus.

Seymour is corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman’s Integrated Systems sector, an aerospace and defense systems integration
organization. Headquartered in El Segundo, Calif. the sector employs more than 14,000 workers.

From 1998 to 2001, Seymour was vice president of the Air Combat Systems business area within the same sector. He began his career with Northrop Grumman as
an engineer in 1983. His early career was involved in the manufacture and flight testing of the F-14A, EF-111A and F/A-18A aircraft for Grumman Aerospace
and McDonnell Aircraft Company.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Seymour holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, N.Y. and received his law
degree from Western State University College of Law in San Diego, Calif. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Section on Intellectual Property
Law) and the California Bar Association, where he participates in the Volunteers in Parole program, mentoring parolees in their transition back to society.
