Growing the Female to Male STEM Ratio

You may think in today’s forward-thinking world that the ratio of females to males in the science, technology, engineering and math fields would be closer to equal than it actually is. Unfortunately, we are not even close to that.

First, we need to identify the problem. Although we as a society have come a long way in promoting STEM to young women, there is more to be done. We need to demonstrate the exciting opportunities that come with working in one of these fields and how important the outcomes can be to our environment and everyday life.
