I work out!

Are you currently leaning against one of the palms of your hands, and munching on some snacks? Forgot about that New Years resolution, didn’t ya?

No worries so did everyone else. The gym was packed in January but now its the end of February and the tumble-weeds of empty plastic bottles and towels are now crowding around that treadmill you always wait for. If you want to get motivated to look good for spring break, or get ready for summer, I’ve learned some things that might help.

Check out Clemente Center and their class schedule. They have classes for everyone from the person who always needs to some cardio to those those who desire some yoga Zen. The classes are repeated throughout the week and are at different times to accommodate varying chedules. Clemente Center gym offers flexible hours to fit everyone’s schedule.

If you don’t want to go alone, ask a couple of friends to go with you to classes or set a work out schedule. It always happens to me that I decide not to go one day, then it’s all downhill from there. Having someone to motivate you helps out so much, and you can track each others progress.

If you’re looking to find some quick workouts or tips, hit up the Internet. Pinterest has some great fitness workouts that take up only four minutes to motivational pictures.
