MELBOURNE, FLA. — Florida Institute of Technology’s Foosaner Art Museum presents the band In a Jam on Friday, Nov. 6, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Harris Community Auditorium.
Jazz Fridays are the first Friday of each month during the Eau Gallie Arts District’s First Friday Art Walk, and the museum galleries will be open late. On display now is Evan Roth // Intellectual Property Donor and Art of Networks II.
In a Jam features Phil Coe on guitar, Ron Pirtle on bass, Fred Goodnight on drums and Mark Sheppard on vibraphone.
Admission to the Jazz Friday concert is free. Beer, wine and soft drinks are available for purchase.
Foosaner Art Museum is located at 1463 Highland Ave. in the Eau Gallie Arts District of Melbourne. It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, except Thursdays, when it remains opens until 7 p.m.; Sunday hours are 1-5 p.m. General admission is $5 for adults, $2 for children, seniors and students with ID; admission is free on Thursdays and always for Florida Tech faculty, staff and students with ID.
