Jazz in the Panthereum Features Ron Texeira Trio

MELBOURNE, FLA. — WFIT-89.5 FM, a service of Florida Tech, and the city of Melbourne, present Jazz in the Panthereum on Sunday, Oct. 26, from 3 to 6 p.m. The
event is free.

The Ron Teixeira Trio with Texeira on keyboard, Rabbitt Simmons on upright bass and Stan Soloko on drums, will back vocalist Linda Cole. Teixeira’s is the
house trio that performs at Heidi’s Jazz Club in Cocoa Beach. It has backed many well-known jazz vocalists and players, and performs at private parties and
jazz festivals.

Linda Cole, a true jazz vocalist is a member of the well-known Nat King Cole family. She performs regularly with the Altamonte Jazz Band, at various
Orlando clubs and private parties, jazz festivals, and all over Florida. Vocalist Cole is beloved by both musicians and audiences.
