Sometimes You Just Have to Jump!

Even those of us that are well-established in our businesses or positions – have much more to learn. It’s funny how, the older we get, the more some of us realize how much we DON’T know! This obviously can apply to both our personal and professional lives, but when it comes to business, you merely have to look around the community for those that have managed to keep their businesses afloat through tough economic times to learn some critical lessons on solid business sustainability.

Kitty Hatton – who we’ve had the pleasure of graduating from our IGNITE 360 second stage business mentoring program recently – has been the owner of Melbourne Dancewear for more than 30 years! Over that time, she has weathered many tough decisions and a faltering economy around her, yet today, she continues to have a robust business that will likely survive well into the future.

This week, Kitty authored a FLORIDA TODAY business column about the need to take risks to succeed. It certainly inspired us and we hope it will do the same for you. CLICK HERE to check it out.
