Florida Tech Women’s Business Center Welcomes New Board Leadership and Members

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology’s Women’s Business Center announces the election of five new members to its Board of Directors. They are Linda Brandt, CEO, Brandt Ronat and Co.; Sandy Handfield, provost, Melbourne Campus of Eastern Florida State College; Nancy Johnson, human resources administrator, Health First; Lisa Rice, president, Brevard Workforce; and Tracy Stroderd, founder, Synergistic Marketing and Everything Brevard. The new members’ expertise covers academia, banking, health care, communications and marketing, computer software industry, public/private partnerships and lawyers.

In addition, the following members were elected to the WBC Executive Committee: Debbie Pavlakos, senior vice president for BB&T Bank (Chair); Michele Naberhaus, Naberhaus Law (vice chair); Sylvia Garner, president of DragonPoint (secretary); and Tim Muth, director of student assessment in the Florida Tech Nathan M. Bisk College of Business (treasurer).
