Networking for Women: Building Your Network of Support
– The Florida Tech National Center for Small Business Information announces the next Networking for Women workshop, “Building Your Network of Support,” on
Oct. 10, from 5:30 to 7:30. It will be held on campus in the Crawford Science Building, seventh floor conference room.
The presenter is Andrea Bortner of Insight Into Action, Inc. The workshop is free.
By attending this session, you will learn more about the importance of networking, actual steps to building your network, and how to leverage the resource
to benefit you in all aspects of your life! Attendees will also gain insight into the benefits of establishing strong support systems within their
networks.
Andrea Bortner, who earned an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, has built a career of helping leaders, teams and organizations achieve
their goals and develop the competencies to sustain their own improvement. She has held executive and leadership roles in numerous Fortune 500 companies,
including PepsiCo, Gap Inc., EDS, and Square D. Earlier this year, Bortner relocated her executive coaching business, Insight Into Action, Inc., to Brevard
County.
