Networking for Women Explores How to Run a Business
MELBOURNE, FLA. — Florida Tech’s National Center for Small Business Information announces that Dr. Virginia Savage of Savage Performance
will be the guest speaker at the August 13th Networking for Women meeting. The meeting, which is free to the public, is on Monday August 13th from
5:30 pm to 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Seventh Floor Conference Room of the Crawford Science Tower. This is located on University Blvd., on the campus of
Florida Tech.
Do you have the skills and resources necessary to run a business? What motivates you to target priorities? What is your plan of action? These should
be the essential elements of any business plan, organizational structure, and a template for change. Savage will offer an overview of successful visioning
for a new business or the redesign of an old one.
Savage is a professional development trainer for small businesses, a personal life/performance coach, and a recognized leader in her field for sports
teams and individuals.
The goal of Networking for Women is to guide and support women in building relationships and advancing their careers. Networking for Women is
sponsored by the National Center for Small Business Information at Florida Institute of Technology in collaboration with the Florida Small Business
Development Center at Brevard Community College.
Please note that despite the name of the group, men are not only welcome but encouraged to attend.
