Next InSTEP Lecture Explores Black Holes, Time Travel on Jan. 28

MELBOURNE, FLA. — Hakeem Oluseyi, Florida Tech assistant professor of physics and space sciences, will present the next InSTEP Ocean Discovery Seminar “Black
Holes, Wormholes, Time Travel and Parallel Universes” on Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. The lecture will be in the Titusville High School Fine Arts Theater. Part of
Florida Tech’s Integrated Science Teaching Enhancement Partnership (InSTEP) program, the talk is free and open to the public.

InSTEP is funded by two grants totaling nearly $3.4 million to Florida Tech from the National Science Foundation. The program enables university graduate
students and faculty to work with high school science teachers in Brevard County public schools to develop inquiry-based lesson plans.
