MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Florida Institute of Technology Department of Online Learning will host Andy DiPaolo, executive director emeritus of the Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD) and former senior associate dean of the Engineering School at Stanford University, Feb. 20, for a presentation. His lecture, “Choices and Challenges: Lessons Learned in the Evolution of Online Education,” will be held in the F.W. Olin Engineering Complex, Room 118, from 3-4 p.m.

In 2005, SCPD received the coveted Association for Continuing Higher Education’s “Most Outstanding Professional Education Program in the U.S.” award.
DiPaolo is a longtime member of national and international boards and advisor to universities, corporations and government agencies in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
