Panthers Wrap Up Play at NSU Sharks Invitational
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (Women’s Golf) – Florida Tech’s women’s golf team improved by six strokes
Tuesday to card a two-round 708 and finish 16th overall in the Nova Southeastern Sharks Invitational. Panther frontrunner Daniela
Iacobelli finished in a tie for 10th with a final score of 155. Natalie Kohler shortened her game by an
impressive seven strokes in the final round to finish with a score of 167. Wrapping up the field for Tech was Stacey O’Hara with a 170 and
Ashley Chastain, who improved by 16 strokes. Top-ranked Rollins College shot a 297 in the final round to overtake the host team and
take home the trophy with a final score of 596, a whopping 13 strokes ahead of Nova.
Next up for the Panthers is the St. Leo University Fall Invitational Oct. 22-23.
