How to Identify and Leverage Unique Talents

We all have certain unique strengths, and learning how to maximize them in our work environments are critical to success. Knowing what your colleagues strengths are and knowing how to best leverage individual talents to create a stellar team can mean the difference between merely meeting your goals and smashing them!

Not everyone is a great communicator, facilitator or leader, yet some members of your work team may have other strengths that supplement yours.
