Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts Hosts BSO’s “Music The Fabric of Our Lives,” Sept. 16

MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Brevard Symphony Orchestra’s (BSO) Vivace Society presents the musical event “Music—The Fabric of Our Lives” at the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts at Florida Institute of Technology, Sept. 16, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The theme of the event is focused on fine art and culture. Attendants will enjoy the music of a BSO string trio and Florida Tech music students while viewing the newest textile exhibit. The exhibit features textiles from Latin America.

The Vivace Society mission is to help cultivate an emerging generation offine arts patrons and supporters. Vivace’s benefits are centered on socializing, networking, music education and developing personal relationships with BSO musicians, the principal conductor and one another. Single membership to the Vivace Society is $50 and couple membership is $70.
