There have been so many advancements in workplace gender equality over the years and women are holding more powerful positions than ever before – engaging in high-profile Boards of Directors, running critical departments and serving as presidents and COO’s. Female entrepreneurs and business owners are also growing rapidly, yet sexual harassment is still alive and well out there unfortunately – and there aren’t always Human Resources personnel around to help mitigate the situation.
