Websurveyor Grant

Assistant professor of marketing B. Andrew Cudmore, Ph. D., is the recipient of a grant for the Websurveyor software whose commercial value is estimated at
$250,000.00. The software is available for all School of Management faculty for the creation and administration of web-based surveys. The grant is
available for one year beginning late January 2004. This software provides an environment where an unlimited number of faculty and students can conduct an
unlimited number of surveys over the Internet or the school’s intranet. This software is a great application of current technology for SoM students to
experience and exemplifies the increasing importance of internet-based market research for many firms today. Dr. Cudmore’s research interests include brand
equity (image), Internet marketing, customer complaint behavior, persuasion knowledge, store brand management, environmental marketing,
customer/salesperson interaction, endorser effects and quality perceptions.
