Some Exciting Marketing Electives! BUS 3603 Advertising and Promotion Management Advertising and Promotion Management continues on where marketing
principles left off and delves deeper in to the promotional mix: advertising, personal selling, promotions and public relations. Integrated marketing
communications is shown to be of paramount importance. With particular emphasis on advertising, the text and the accompanying videos take us through an
advertising campaign from start to finish. This course (not offered in at least the last four years) will be exciting, especially for those creative minded
individuals and represents a definite hands on case oriented format. BUS 5470 Strategic Marketing Strategic marketing takes us beyond the basic
understanding of marketing and applies strategic perspective on the formulation, implementation and control of businesses. Concentration on the importance
of market intelligence for the creation and the execution of clearly defined strategies will allow the student the opportunity to reveal their critical
thinking ability within group discussions and a case format.
