Surf Movie Nights at the Oaks Benefit Local Organizations
MELBOURNE, FLA. — The Oaks 10 Theaters at 1800 W. Hibiscus Blvd. in Melbourne presents Surf Movie Nights on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 14 and 15, starting
at 6:45 p.m. The double-feature presentations benefit local organizations.
The cult favorite Kelly Slater in Black and White and Just Add Water are featured on Jan. 14. The latter, starring Clay Marzo, was nominated in the Surfer
Poll Awards for Best Surf Movie of 2008 and was a winner for Best Male Performance 2008. Proceeds will benefit the Scott Center for Autism Treatment at
Florida Institute of Technology.
Redux, starring Cory Lopez, Chris Ward, Jordy Smith, Shane Beschen, Aaron Cormican, Mason Ho, Dusty Payne and Dane Reynolds, and The Life will be shown on
Jan. 15. Box office proceeds this night will benefit Surfrider Florida and Sebastian Inlet Chapter.
