Florida Tech Business Ethics Conference Set for April 10

– The Florida Tech School of Management Center for Business Ethics will host its Third Annual Business Ethics Conference on Thursday, April 10, from 8 a.m.
to 4 p.m. at the Harris Corp. headquarters Customer Briefing Center.

The keynote speaker will be Patrick Rodgers. Until recently, he was chief compliance officer for the U.S. Olympics committee, 2000-2003. He designed,
developed and implemented a comprehensive ethics and compliance program for that committee. Over the past 27 years, he has held leadership positions in
ethics, compliance and business conduct programs.

Following his talk there will be breakout sessions, which include “Ethics in Technical Decision Making,” “Ethics in Financial Reporting,” and “Corporate
Responsibility Act (Sarbanes-Oxley) of 2002”.

Judge John Antoon will be moderator of an afternoon panel discussion on Ethics in Our Everyday Lives. Panelists will include Patrick Rodgers, John Glisch,
and Brian Roub.

Cost of the conference is $75 by April 2; $85 after that date. There is no cost to students who register and present student I.D. before April 2.
