Travis Dietz Named January MVP

Travid Dietz, director of maintenance for F.I.T. Aviation, has been named Florida Tech’s Most Valuable Panther for January.

In announcing the award, the Office of Human Resources said:

“Mr. Travis Dietz goes the extra mile to keep the F.I.T. Aviation aircraft fleet operational and available for scheduling. With the increase in the number of flight students and aircraft demand, Travis partners with Flight Operations daily to maximize aircraft availability. Travis provides valuable input to the scheduling plan so that required aircraft maintenance does not interfere with flight operations, maintaining a commitment to quality and safety. Travis maintains open lines of communication between the Flight Operations and the maintenance department.   

Travis provides outstanding customer service and greets everyone with a smile, as he displays the characteristics of an MVP.”
