Two Students Earn Snowdon Fellowship at Florida Tech
– Luce Bassetti and Jill Roberts have been awarded Snowdon Fellowships for the 2004-2005 academic year at Florida Tech and are pursuing doctoral degrees in
oceanography. Bassetti earned her master’s degree in oceanography at Florida Tech in 2004.
The Snowdon Fellowships are funded by a gift of the Edward W. Snowdon and Lee Hill Snowdon Administrative Fund, the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and
Martin Counties, and matched by the F.W. Olin Foundation of New York. The fellowships, arranged by Erik Edward Joh, Esq., are offered to deserving graduate
students in the Department of Marine and Environmental Systems, in perpetuity.
