Update from Kennedy Space Center Is Topic of Space Coast Town Hall for Technologists

MELBOURNE, FLA. — Florida Tech’s National Center for Small Business Information announces that Bruce Buckingham, NASA small business outreach coordinator,
will speak at the November Space Coast Town Hall for Technologists forum. His topic is the work being done at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and its potential
effects on the local community.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Crawford Science Tower on the Florida Tech campus. It is free to the public.

Buckingham is responsible for identifying and assisting businesses that want to become partners with NASA and its prime contractors. He previously served
as the KSC news chief.

A goal of the Town Hall is to provide a network of support for Space Coast area small businesses engaged in various technology-related fields. Another goal
