Web Usability for Older Adults

“A study of web usability for older adults seeking online health resources” by Annie Becker, Ph.D., has been published in the ACM Transactions on
Human-Computer Interaction, Volume 11, Issue 4, December 2004. According to Dr. Becker, “we are bridging the digital divide by studying ways of improving
web sites. This includes readability, design layout, use of color and more.” Dr. Becker, College of Business professor of management information systems,
is director of the National Center for Small Business Information. She is also the associate editor of E-Commerce in Organizations, Journal of Database
Management and the International Journal of Cases on Electronic Commerce.
