WFIT FM Schedules Sunset Jazz Cruise

– Sunset Jazz Cruise, the long-awaited and much-requested experience sponsored by WFIT 89.5-FM (a service of Florida Tech) and, in part, by Lex Mortgage
and Financial Service Group, is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 12. The Indian River Queen will depart Whitley Bay Marina in Cocoa at 6 p.m. sharp. Fishlips
Waterfront Bar and Grill will provide the food.

Jazz musician Linda Peterson on vocals and piano will be featured on deck one with Ron Pirtle on bass, Dave Dunscombe on drums, Rich Hall on saxophone and
Norm Bernard on trumpet. Deck two will feature the incomparable Jeanne Arland Peterson on keyboard and daughter Patty Peterson on vocals.

Jeanne Peterson is known as the matriarch of “Minnesota’s first family of music.” While raising five children-all successful and respected professional
musicians who travel and perform internationally-Jeanne has managed to share the stage with many talented performers over the years. These include Bob
Hope, Perry Como, Dianne Carroll, Donny Osmond and many more. She has received numerous jazz musicianship awards and, at age 82, continues to inspire her
children, fellow artists and fans.

Linda Peterson is a beloved part-time Brevard County resident. After moving to Cocoa Beach two or so years ago Linda became an instant hit performing in
clubs and private venues in the area. Her pure, smoky voice compares to that of Diana Krall. With a move to California last year, it is a treat to have her
in Brevard performing on The Sunset Jazz Cruise.

Patty Peterson is a singer, actress, print ad model, national anthem singer, and number one female radio personality on WCCO radio for seven straight
years. Also mother of four dynamic sons, Patty still performs throughout the Minneapolis area and with her family at venues across the country.

Tickets are limited. Call WFIT 89.5-FM at (321) 674-8950 for your reservation now. For $35 per person, you will enjoy great food by Fishlips Waterfront Bar
and Grill as well as great jazz by Jeanne, Linda and Patty Peterson. All three Petersons will have their CD’s available on board.
