MELBOURNE, FLA. — The Women’s Business Center at Florida Institute of Technology announced the latest graduating class of second-stage business owners from IGNITE 360, a six-month program that assists growth-oriented companies through tailored mentoring sessions led by senior-level, executive coaches.

The graduates are:

  • Susie Glasgow, president, Kegman Inc., Melbourne
  • Chuck Fisher, chairman, Boathouse Discount Marine, Melbourne
  • Susan Mazza, CEO, Clarus Consulting Group LLC, Vero Beach
  • Kristin Woodling, CEO, Pamper Your Mind LLC, Indian Harbor Beach

To date, 13 business owners have completed the IGNITE 360 program, and each graduate has demonstrated growth and improvement across core business functions that drive sales, customer attraction and retention and improved profitability.

Developed by the Women’s Business Center at Florida Tech, IGNITE is designed to assist entrepreneurial success. Graduates are empowered with the tools they need to reach the next level of business growth. Topics covered in sessions are tailored to each business owner and may span from marketing to finances to succession planning.

“The IGNITE 360 program provides unique perspective to business owners who are ready to achieve rapid growth in their operations – setting clear goals and troubleshooting challenges that can occur within the first few years of business operations,” said Women’s Business Center Executive Director Beth Gitlin. “Our mentees often experience significant business growth following this program and we look forward to watching the results of our latest graduates.”

The Women’s Business Center is currently accepting applications for companies interested in participating in sessions beginning January 2015. For more information about the IGNITE 360 Program, visit wbc.fit.edu/mentoring/.
